Learning Support Assistant with administrative duties 

This is a part time, term time only position, fixed term until 31st August 2025, working 19.5 hours per week.

We are seeking to appoint an energetic and caring Learning Support Assistant, who can work with our Support Team, to enhance the learning and progress of students within the school.

Ranelagh is an 11-18 coeducational, Anglican Academy (converter) which is oversubscribed and has an excellent reputation for academic achievement and positive school ethos. The school has had five ‘outstanding’ OFSTED reports.

The role will be varied and interesting, working with students with a range of needs and across a number of subject areas.

The equivalent of GCSE Grade C, or above, in English and Maths is essential for this post. Previous experience of working with students aged 11-19 is desirable.

Ranelagh School has a clear focus on excellence, with the students at the heart of everything we do. It is expected that anyone joining the team will be able to fully support the unique ethos of the school.

Pre–employment medical check

You may be asked about your physical ability to perform the job during interview. References
